Support for seasoned, new, and expecting parents including having a child with a diagnosis, preparing for a singleton or multiple children, navigating fertility challenges, the matrescence transition (the journey into motherhood), postpartum adjustments, and balancing relationship dynamics while raising children
I focus on the intricate dynamics between individuals to uncover patterns that may hinder genuine connection. Through honest dialogue and empathetic listening, we co-create strategies that foster trust and deeper understanding. This approach empowers both partners to embrace vulnerability as a cornerstone for meaningful change.
I believe that every parent has the capacity to foster deep, empathetic bonds with their children. By exploring and honoring each parent's unique experiences, we create space for authentic connection and growth. Together, we work to build nurturing relationships that support the emotional well-being of the entire family.
I approach the aftermath of infidelity with a compassionate focus on healing and rebuilding trust. By facilitating honest dialogue, we work to understand the underlying emotional disconnects and unmet needs that led to the breach. This process honors the human capacity for growth and reconnection, paving the way for understanding, and ultimately, a stronger relational bond.
I view the journey to marriage as a profound opportunity to build a resilient foundation of shared values and mutual respect. By engaging in open, honest conversations, couples can explore their strengths, vulnerabilities, and expectations. Together, we lay the groundwork for a partnership enriched by deep emotional connection and effective communication.
A therapeutic separation is a structured, temporary pause in a relationship designed to give each partner space to reflect, heal, and work on individual issues. It is an intervention guided by agreed-upon boundaries and often supported by a therapist to help both partners gain clarity about their needs and the future of the relationship. The goal is not necessarily to end the relationship, but to create room for personal growth and informed decision-making.
Mindfulness counseling helps you slow down and truly experience the present moment, creating space for clarity and emotional balance. Together, we’ll explore simple, grounding techniques to bring awareness to your thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgment. By cultivating mindfulness, you can deepen your connection to yourself and others, fostering a greater sense of peace and fulfillment.
Stress can feel overwhelming, but learning how to navigate it with intention can restore your sense of control and well-being. In our work together, we’ll identify your unique stressors and develop practical strategies to help you manage them with greater ease. Through personalized techniques, you can build resilience, find balance, and reconnect with the parts of life that bring you joy.
Your self-worth is not defined by external validation—it's rooted in how you see and value yourself. Through compassionate exploration, we’ll uncover the beliefs that hold you back and replace them with empowering perspectives. As you strengthen your self-esteem, you’ll cultivate deeper confidence in your relationships, choices, and personal growth.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that every person holds the capacity for growth, healing, and authentic connection. My philosophy is rooted in the understanding that our relationships define our experiences and shape our lives.
I work to honor each individual’s unique story, fostering a safe and empathetic space where vulnerability is met with respect and compassion. I see every encounter as an opportunity to co-create pathways toward deeper self-awareness, stronger relationships, and meaningful change. In this collaborative journey, I strive to empower clients by validating their experiences, honoring their strengths, and nurturing resilience.
Alongside traditional talk therapy approaches, I draw on evidence-based practices while remaining sensitive to the nuances of each person's context, culture, and values. Ultimately, I am committed to supporting individuals and families in their quest for connection, balance, and fulfillment—believing that through genuine human connection, we all have the opportunity to heal and transform.
